Why this site exists

Millions of homeowners are offered GreenSky financing by a contractor, often in the middle of a sales conversation. The details that matter most, such as how deferred interest works, which plan you are getting and how to reach customer service, are scattered across brochures, disclosures and regulatory documents. We pull them together in one place.

How we research

• We start from primary sources: greensky.com, GreenSky program disclosures and brochures, CFPB releases and public filings.
• Where GreenSky does not publish a figure, such as a minimum credit score, we say so and cite the independent sources we used.
• Calculations, such as deferred-interest examples, are shown with their assumptions so you can check them.
• We update pages when official contact details, ownership or program terms change.

How the site is funded
